This AlienWare 17 R4 Battery replaces the original Alienware battery part numbers 546FF and 44T2R. This battery is compatible if you have a 17" screen (measured diagonally) and you have the R4 model or (Revision 4 or 4th generation PC).

This is an internally located battery and you will need to unscrew the back laptop case in order to install the new battery. A small Phillips head screwdriver is all you will need to open up the case.
