
I called and spoke with a representative in order to return the battery and he pointed out that the problem may be in the power cord. He said would send me one and if it didn't take care of the problem, I could return both the battery and the cord. That was at 3PM on a Monday. At 8AM on Tuesday the power cord was at my door.
