Do I have to pay sales tax?
  Unless you or your organization have a tax exempt status, sales tax is automatically collected for the following States:

Colorado
Florida
Georgia
Illinois
Indiana
Kentucky
Maryland
Michigan
Minnesota
New Jersey
North Carolina
Ohio
Pennsylvania
Virginia
Wisconsin

Common tax exemptions include Battery Resellers, Governments (Federal, State, or Local), Churches, Charities, and Non-Profit Organizations. If you live in one of these States and have a sales tax exemption, email your tax exemption to help@laptopbatteryexpress.com.
I have a question on my charges.

What are my payment choices?
 
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options. We prefer PayPal but also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. It is also possible to pay by check or Money Order. Please note that we will not ship your order until your payment has been cleared.

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 3-5 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged as you complete the checkout process. Your order usually ships within 24 hours of our order placement.
