We provide a full 1-year warranty on our laptop batteries. This warranty covers protection against defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not apply to batteries that have been subjected to “memory effect” (due to insufficient conditioning) or are abused or modified in any way, including defects caused by overcharging and improper installation. Warranty is void if the warranty sticker has been removed or if any internal components have been altered or modified.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
After 30 days from your invoice date your purchase falls under a warranty replacement. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to LaptopBatteryExpress.com and for return shipping charges.
After 30 days and up to one year from your date of purchase, LaptopBatteryExpress.com, will repair or replace your defective battery with a new or re-manufactured battery. Your return must include a $10.00 check to cover the costs of testing and handling. Your check will be returned in the event the battery is verified to be defective.
Warranty replacement covers defects in materials or workmanship only. Gradual loss of charge capacity is normal for rechargeable batteries. An 80% charge capacity remaining after 1 year is considered normal and is not a defect and subject to a warranty replacement.
